Every decision from the dialog box has plot-centered, branching consequences with multiple story paths ready for exploration. The main objective of the game is to survive the war-torn metropolis while making careful decisions that could change the outcome and ending of the story. They will encounter enemy armed troops, fully armed vehicles and mechs that can be compared to classic Japanese series like Armored Core, Metal Gear, and Gundam. As Square Enix confirms that their shooter game is also set in the universe of their Front Mission franchise, players will have first-hand experience warfare on foot as a man back to back with compelling mech combat. The shooter game is set during a civil war at Novo Slava in the year 2127.
